We&#039;re planning on doing breakfast for dinner, pesto pasta and veggies, mashed potatoes and veggies and soy chicken (we&#039;re a vegetarian house:) and a stir fry.  My kids eat dinner at their dad&#039;s 3 nights out of the week so I get off easy those days!]]></description>
