WWS – Gym Strength Training Program 1
This program is designed for women who enjoy strength training and prefer workout out at a gym with all the equipment available and who don’t mind spending a little longer in the gym.
In this program, you are getting three full body gym workouts, a dynamic warm up video and a stretching video. All the exercises in the program come with video demos. The exercises in this program will target all your major muscle groups including your arms, shoulders, back, core, glutes and legs. These workouts are designed to give your body an effective workout, make you stronger, help you with everyday functional movements and make strength training fun! Each workout will take between 40-60 minutes.
This month there is a focus on the eccentric phase of the exercise, or the lowering phase. When you add eccentric training, you are challenging the same muscle, in the same exercise, in a different way. It also helps you get better at an exercise you might find challenging.
