I think Keyan was able to understand it more than Kyah, but she was still happy and excited to participate. She wanted to wear a rubber glove, carry a plastic bag and pick up garbage just like her big bro 🙂 Even if she didn’t understand, it was still a good way to start the learning process.

I think this is a great activity at almost any age. A 2 year-old could wear gloves and help out and you could dissuade them from anything dangerous since you are with them.

Was it a better experience for your son or was your daughter able to really participate (listen and be safe would be key areas of concern for mine) too?
