I don’t think I’ve ever said this out loud to anyone before, but there are a couple of things that I need to feel good about walking out the door in the morning. One is blush on my cheeks and the other is good hair.
Even if I have time for nothing else, the blush makes me look like I’m actually awake and rearing to go (regardless of whether it’s the truth or not.) And it stops people from saying to me, “Oh, you look so tired.”
The other thing is my hair. I need it to feel clean and look good when I leave the house. If it’s a bad hair day, I used to put it up in a ponytail or braid. But since I cut and donated my long hair last year, that is not an option anymore.
Now, either my hair looks good or I put on a toque, which needs no explanation in the winter. The summer time is another story.
Obviously to have healthy and happy hair every day, a good shampoo and conditioner is essential. And for the last little while, I’ve been on the lookout for a shampoo and conditioner that the whole family can use instead of having a separate one for me, another for the hubby and yet another for the kids.
Recently I discovered Whole Blends by Garnier. Not only do their shampoos and conditioners smell delicious, they are also paraben free, they contain natural extract and use gentle sulfates.
There are so many different Whole Blends to choose from; Coconut Water & Vanilla, Avocado Oil & Shea Butter, Coconut Oil & Cocoa Butter, Cranberry and Honey blends. They all sound delicious and healthy, a combination that I’m happy to use in my hair.
Even my kids were excited with the collection of Whole Blends shampoos and conditioners that I got and they decided that they had to pick the one I was going to use first.
The kids ended up choosing the Coconut Oil & Cocoa butter smoothing shampoo and conditioner for me to try first. My hair smelled so good after my shower and I love how smooth and shiny it was after I dried and styled it.
I love that now every day can be a good hair day with the help of Garnier Whole Blends.
