My last post was about New Year’s resolutions. I’ve been doing pretty good except for the exercising three times a week one. I’m sure the eating healthy and exercising resolutions are always the hardest to keep up for a lot of people, especially when the hype of starting a new year is over.
Excuses are abundant and I am no exception. The first week, I hit my target. But in the second week I was too busy packing up for our move from Winnipeg to Vancouver. Then this week I was hit with food poisoning and I’m still recovering. I feel that these are pretty good excuses, but when it comes down to it, they are still excuses.
But I am not giving up. Each day is a new day and I can still pick it up and continue.
What do you do to get yourself back on track when you find your goals falling to the wayside? Or are you still going strong with your resolutions?
