Monday – Chickpea curry with basmati rice and a green salad
Tuesday – Turkey Kebob wraps with spiral fries
Wednesday – Koobideh from The Kabab House
Thursday – Homemade chilli with a edamame beans
Friday – Seasoned tilapia with steamed brussels sprouts
Saturday – One-pot macaroni and cheese with raw veggies and dip
Sunday – Slow cooker pot roast, potatoes and vegetables
