Last week I got sick, so I never got to my whole meal plan, specifically the Korean beef that I was really looking forward to. Now that I feel like I’m on the mend, I’m adding it back into this week’s meal plan with a few other new recipes. I hope it gives you some dinner inspiration too!
Monday – Korean Beef, steamed rice and green beans
Tuesday – Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken with steamed rice and mixed vegetables
Wednesday – Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with a green salad
Thursday – Akni with greek yogurt and carrot pickle
Friday – Seasoned Tilapia with steamed edamame
Saturday – One Pot Beef Stroganoff
Sunday – Thanksgiving Dinner

Great meal inspiration! The Beef Stroganoff recipe looks great, as does the Tilapia. I often get stuck in a rut with meals so it’s nice to get some different ideas. Will definitely have to give these a try 🙂
