After a meal planning hiatus for about three weeks due to different circumstances, it is finally back this week! I’m excited because it’s going to make grocery shopping and dinner prep so much more enjoyable and easier this week.
Monday – Chicken Kheema Pasta and a green salad
Tuesday – Turkey Burgers with spiralled sweet potatoes
Wednesday – Crockpot Red Lentil Curry with sauteed snap peas
Thursday – Homemade chicken strips, fries and steamed broccoli
Friday – Korean Beef, steamed rice, veggies
Saturday – Banana chocolate chip waffles, scrabbled eggs and apple slices
Sunday – Dinner with Family

I’m struggling to keep up with meal planning, but managed to plan for at least four meals out of this upcoming week! Starting with Minimalist Baker’s falafel tonight. Yum! 🙂
