It’s my first meal plan in our new place. We are still unpacking and getting settled in so this week I am keeping the meal plan simple.
Monday – I totally won’t have my act together so take out it is!
Tuesday – One-pot macaroni and cheese with a green salad
Wednesday – Salt and pepper shrimp with mashed potatoes and snap peas
Thursday – Homemade chicken strip, fries and carrot sticks with dip
Friday – Gluten free pizza with cucumber slices
Saturday – Crockpot lasagna and zucchini
Sunday – Dinner with family
As usual, I marvel that you are able to plan meals a week at a time. Crockpot lasagna sounds really nice just about now.
I have never been able to come up with a meal plan at the beginning of the week. I tend to write up a blog post of what my meals at the end of the week. I have it backwards.
I plan on trying your crock pot lasagna. My boyfriend has been wanting to make some. I lost my recipe.
I am so impressed with your meal planning especially while you’re going through such a busy time!
