In this week’s meal plan, I’m excited to try out a bunch of new recipes that look delicious. I’m especially looking forward to making the French Onion Soup which I’ve actually never had before! So here’s the meal plan:
Monday – Dinner at my Mom’s house
Tuesday – Green Vegetable Curry served with rice (I’ll be adding some chicken and using red curry paste)
Wednesday – Grilled steak with baby potatoes, mushrooms and zucchini
Thursday – Turkey Meatball Subs with steamed edamame
Friday – French Onion Soup with a green salad
Saturday – leftovers
Sunday – Dinner at my mother-in-laws
