Hi Salma,
Happy Holidays! Seems like you really have a good plan in place. I really love the Honey Lime Shrimp. Thank you for sharing.
I am fortunate that my husband does the cooking – and he usually doesn’t do much planning. It’s for both good and bad.
Have a WONDERFUL end to 2014!!! Looks amazing!!
I always intend to meal plan but never actually do it… after reading your post, I’ve been inspired. You’re Lemon Garlic Chicken recipe has sparked my palate too… gonna check that out next 🙂
Thanks for sharing wonderful post. Have a great holiday Happy Holidays!
We will occasionally eat Brussels sprouts at our house, but we roast them rather than saute them. The kids like the crispy/crunchy version of the sprouts — nice mouth feel!
I don’t know why other people think eating leftovers is not a good thing. I don’t think throwing food (while other people in the world are dying of starvation) is good either. So I’m glad I’m not the only one eating leftovers! Your meal plan has inspired me to start my own. A good start indeed for the new year. Thanks Salma.
