Okay, my meal plan is a little late this week. I had it written down, but I didn’t get a chance to blog about it, so here it is:
Monday: Masala fish, roasted mini potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Tuesday: Potato Latkes, chicken breakfast sausages and celery and dip
I’m trying out latkes in lieu of Hanukkah this week. Here is the recipe I”m trying out All Recipes Potato Latkes.
Wednesday: Ground beef and mushroom pasta with steamed edemame
Thursday: A rice, potato and chicken dish called Ukni and spiced carrots on the side
Friday: Turkey chilli, on top of homemade baked fries and then topped with sour cream
Saturday: Taquitos and homemade guacamole
Sunday: Leftovers
