It’s meal plan time. If you are thinking about starting, I will say that it makes grocery shopping and dinnertime so much easier. Here are the recipes I’m planning to make this week and hopefully it’ll give you some dinner inspiration.
Monday – Akni with carrots and plain yogurt
Tuesday – Coconut Shrimp with steamed rice and broccoli
Wednesday – Baked Honey Mustard Chicken with brussels sprouts
Thursday – Seasoned Tilapia with sweet potato fries and garlic snap peas
Friday – Quinoa Fritters with a green salad
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner with the in-laws
