Meal Plan – March 2-8, 2015

It’s my first meal plan of March. I’m trying out some new recipes so I hope it inspires you and gives you some ideas for your dinner this week.

Monday – Gluten-Free Mac N’ Cheese

Tuesday – Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Wednesday – Slow-Cooker Pot Roast and mashed potatoes

Thursday – Homemade Chicken Stripsfries and steamed broccoli

Friday – Parmeson Crusted Chicken with roasted sweet potatoes

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Dinner at MIL’s

  1. I looked up a chicken pot roast on the internet last week and found a good one. It’s a great way to cook a meal and the method retains all the vitamins and minerals from each ingredient. We ended up with leftovers. Yum!
