With my blog on hiatus, all of a sudden my meal planning also went on hiatus. But now that I’m up and running I’m getting dinner time back on track. So here is this week’s meal plan:
Monday – Dinner at my mom’s house
Tuesday – Lemon Garlic Chicken and Greek Quinoa Salad
Wednesday – Chicken En Croute with veggies in white sauce
Thursday – Ground Chicken Chilli on baked fries with a salad
Friday – Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with toast
Saturday – leftovers
Sunday – Dinner at the in-laws
