As I am working on this week’s meal plan, it’s a little chilly and rainy outside so I added some dishes that will warm you up and give you a little comfort.
Monday – Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup, fresh bread with veggies and dip
Tuesday – The Best Macaroni & Cheese with steamed broccoli
Wednesday – Akni served with carrot pickle and plain yogurt
Thursday – Dinner at my mom’s
Friday – Beef Koobideh from The Kebob House with grilled asparagus. The koobideh and rice from this place is so amazing, I could just keep eating it!!
Saturday – Homemade chicken wings, hot and sweet with a side of celery and dip.
Sunday – Dinner with the in-laws
What’s on your meal plan this week?
The plan is to try gnocchi this week. I’m thinking it might be toddler friendly but I’ve never made it before so I’m worried it’ll be a total bust. Have you tried it with yours?
I have never actually tried making it before. But let me know how it goes. Maybe I can try it out in the future.
