Who loves guacamole! I do, I do!
It’s tastes great as a dip. It’s also amazing with nachos, in tacos (hello #tacotuesday), with fajitas and even on a burger. It’s also good for you, especially with all the good fats in avocados. I’ve been making this guacamole recipe for many years and it never fails to be a hit at parties and I always get recipe requests. It’s actually one of the few recipes that I know off by heart! Since it really is the best recipe, I thought I should put it up here for you all to try and enjoy.
Easy Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients for Guacamole:
– 3 ripe avocados
– 1 lime
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 roma tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
– 1/2 small onion, diced
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 3 Tbsps chopped cilantro
– pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions for Guacamole:
1. Slice all the avocados in half, pit them and scoop them out into a bowl. Mash them up with a fork.
2. Add in the salt and the juice from one lime and mix well.
3. Then you want to add and mix in the chopped tomatoes, onions and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
4. Finally, in the chopped cilantro, the piece de resistance.
5. If you choose to, add in the cayenne for a very slight kick. And that’s all there is to this delicious and easy guacamole recipe.ย
Then you can enjoy the yumminess right away with tortilla chips or refrigerate for half an hour before serving.

I think you made “pico de gallo”. This is the go-to recipe back home.
Guacamole doesn’t last a day at home. Husband loves it. Kid loves it. Me, duh? — we go into shortage very fast.
