Watermelon Popsicles

We are still in the thick of this very warm weather so the kids and I found a delicious way to cool down with a sweet treat, homemade Watermelon Popsicles.

– 2 cups of cubed watermelon
– 1 cup of cut strawberries (or any other fruit you like)
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree.

2. Pour into popsicle mould

3. Let it freeze for a few hours and then enjoy!

  1. My favorite sorta homemade treat is milk over ice cream…you let it sit for a few minutes then eat the icy edges off….not quite a milkshake but very good

  2. Oh wow!! This brings back so many happy memories of making these types of ice lollies with my mum when I was a kid.

    Loved them – all the more special because they were home-made.
