Coming back from a week long vacation also means an empty fridge. With the kids heading back to school on Monday and the hubby and I back to working, I thought it would be good to plan out his week’s meals. That’ll help with dinner time and with grocery shopping!
Monday – Banana chocolate chip waffles with fruit salad
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday with homemade guacamole
Wednesday – Chickpea curry with steamed rice and vegetables
Thursday – Homemade chicken strips and fries with veggies and dip
Friday – Butter chicken sliders from The Soup Solution and a green salad
Saturday – Paneer fried rice with vegetables
Sunday – It’s my birthday, so probably dinner with the family
