Now that we are in December, the days and evenings are just getting busier! So it’s more important than ever to have a meal plan to make sure we eat a good dinner together as a family.
Monday – Lentil Chili with guacamole and tortilla chips
Tuesday – Honey Garlic Tofu Bites with steamed rice and broccoli
Wednesday – English Muffin Pizza’s with yam fries and baby carrots
Thursday – Homemade Chicken Meatballs with spaghetti and a green salad
Friday – One-pot mac and cheese with sautéed snap peas
Saturday – We have our annual Gingerbread House Party so it’ll be pizza, veggies, fruit and more!
Sunday – Dinner out with family
