As I was gently reminded by a few readers, I don’t have my meal plans going again. And yes, they are right. You would figure that once the kids are back in school I would have started that up but i just didn’t have my act together…yet.
Those messages were the kick in the but that i needed. I mean the last meal plan I posted was June 4! So without further adieu, this week’s meal plan.
Weekly Meal Plan
Monday – Homemade chicken strips, baked fries and snap peas (meal-to-go because the kid’s have tennis lessons.)
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday with the best guacamole
Wednesday – Serious Mushroom Risotto from The Soup Solution with seasoned tilapia
Thursday – My mom’s home cooking!!
Friday – One-pot macaroni and cheese and a green salad
Saturday – Thai Chicken Pizza with raw veggies and dip
Sunday – Dinner with family
