Pizza is usually a favourite for everyone. But instead of the regular toppings, why not try something a little different for your next pizza night? One of our favourites is Thai Chicken Pizza. It’s so delicious and even the kids will eat it, (though they do pick off the sprouts sometimes.)

Thai Chicken Pizza
Ingredients for Thai Chicken Pizza:
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp minced garlic
– large boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces
-1 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning
-1/2 tsp curry powder
-3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
-1 tbsp water
-a couple dashes of cayenne pepper
– large thin crust pizza shell (you can also make your own)
-3 green onions, finely chopped
-5-6 mushrooms, sliced
– 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup washed bean sprouts

1. In a pan, heat the oil. Add in the cut up chicken and minced garlic. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
7. Spread bean sprouts over the pizza, slice it up, serve and enjoy.
Looks great!
It was delicious, thanks!
This is very interesting. I wonder how my little one would like it considering she loves peanut butter. I have in my freezer two pizza shells – from Cioffi’s. Is the amount in this recipe for 2 shells or 1?
Thanks for linking with #WhyFakeItJustMakeIt
My kids liked it, but minus the bean sprouts. I would say this could make one large pizza or 2 small ones. Happy to link up!
Omg Thai Pizza is my favorite!! I make it with tofu instead of chicken… absolutely delicious!! I use siracha and honey to marinate the tofu, but I might give curry powder a try next time with some paneer to make an Indian version. Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂
Yummmm!
Thanks 🙂
This looks delicious Salma. I’ve never dared to make Thai Chicken Pizza at home.. I will get it out though. Love the sweet and savory flavors.
This one is really easy Nisha, you should try it!
