Can you believe that this is the last week before school starts? It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over. Well, one thing that didn’t change (too much) over the summer was our weekly meal plan. Here’s what we are planning to have for dinner this week. Hopefully it gives you some ideas as well.

Monday – We never got to make the Honey Garlic Fish last week, so I’m adding it back. Going to serve it with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday with homemade guacamole
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Potatoes and Chicken with cucumbers on the side
Thursday – Banana Chocolate Chip Waffles and scrambled eggs
Friday – Simple Coconut Curry Chicken with steamed rice and saluted snap peas
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out
