Every week I share my meal plan with you for two reasons. One, is that it ensures that I actually make a meal plan with in turn makes dinner time and grocery shopping so much easier! Two, is that hopefully it helps you out and gives you some ideas for your family dinner!
Monday – Lemon Garlic Chicken with Greek Quinoa Salad
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Fajita Soup
Wednesday – Honey Garlic Fish with steamed rice and vegetables
Thursday – Thai Chicken Pizza with sliced cucumbers on the side
Friday – One-Pot Mac N’ Cheese with celery and dip
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner with family

I like the sound of honey garlic fish. Must give that one a try.
We always write a menu each week. I really helps to know which ingredients to buy and sets our mind at ease because the meals are written down ahead of time.
My husband (the family cook) plans meals daily, not weekly. Perhaps we would be a little less stressed with weekly planning, but he has done things the way he has done them for over 40 years. All of your meals (except for the celery) are making me hungry! Slow Cooker Fajita Soup will be perfect in a month or so.
Made the soup yesterday!!! So delicious. Easy with a baby and toddler. Love slow cooker meals!!! Will make again for sure
