Monday – Coconut shrimp curry and steamed rice
Tuesday – Butternut squash, carrot & ginger soup from The Soup Solution and grilled cheese sandwiches
Wednesday – Slow cooker general tao’s chicken and vegetable fried rice
Thursday –Chickpea tikka masala with naan and sliced cucumbers
Friday – Homemade chicken meatballs and spaghetti with steamed broccoli
Saturday – Mongolian beef with coconut riceand edamame
Sunday – Dinner with the grandparents
I absolutely LOVE coconut shrimp, but without the curry. Oh, and butternut squash? One of my favorite things. You’re making me hungry, Salma. I think I’ll go see what’s in my fridge. Peace.
