Tuesday Baked taquitos with guacamole, sour cream and salsa

Wednesday – Slow cooker chicken and mushroom stroganoff with steamed broccoli

ThursdayBanana chocolate chip waffles and fruit salad

FridaySeasoned tilapia, greek quinoa and roasted potatoes. Dessert is caramelized bananas with vanilla ice cream. (we’ve invited people over for dinner)

Saturday One-pot mac and cheese with edamame

Sunday – Dinner with grandparents
