Monday – Salt and pepper shrimp with yam fries
Tuesday – Baked taquitos with guacamole, sour cream and salsa
Wednesday – Slow cooker chicken and mushroom stroganoff with steamed broccoli
Thursday – Banana chocolate chip waffles and fruit salad
Friday – Seasoned tilapia, greek quinoa and roasted potatoes. Dessert is caramelized bananas with vanilla ice cream. (we’ve invited people over for dinner)
Saturday – One-pot mac and cheese with edamame
Sunday – Dinner with grandparents
