Getting my dinner ideas ready for the week.
Last week’s meal plan went over really well. The fish was so simple and it was devoured by all. My 5-year old kept asking for more. And the gluten-free macaroni and cheese was delicious, even I had seconds. It was such an easy recipe that I’m repeating it again for dinner this week.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Monday – Dinner with my aunt
Tuesday – Honey Teriyaki Chicken with steamed rice and baby corn
Wednesday – Burgers with sweet potato fries and guacamole
Thursday – Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with homemade bread
Friday – Green Thai Curry with rice and snap peas
Saturday – Gluten-Free Mac N Cheese with celery and dip
Sunday – Dinner at the MIL’s
I hope this gives you some ideas that you can use in your kitchen this week.
I love green Thai curry! This is a fantastic way to organize meals for the week. Thanks for the share.
We love thai curry too!
Yum! I would definitely like to try your honey teriyaki chicken, homemade chicken noodle soup, and GF man ‘n cheese! Thanks for sharing!
The soup and mac n’ cheese are delicious! I can’t wait to try the honey teriyaki chicken too!
Your meal plan sounds really good. I have never made homemade bread. Is it hard to do?
We have a bread-maker, so that makes it a lot easier 🙂
