Monday – Sweet and Tangy Grilled Chicken with steamed broccoli
Tuesday – Steak and Spinach Quesadillas with guacamole and chips
Wednesday – It’s Canada Day so we will be barbecuing something delicious!
Thursday – Shrimp Fried Rice
Friday – Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken with steamed rice and vegetables (this was in last week’s meal plan but we never got to make it, so I definitely want to try it this week.)
Saturday – Simple Balsamic Fish with homemade fries
Sunday – Family dinner out

I have no idea what my family is having for dinner this week. I usually figure it out the night before depending on what I have on hand. I do like planning meals. However, my teens eat all day long and chooses things I wish to use for meal plans. So, I basically swing it when it comes to coming up with meals.
