Monday – We had some of our plans change last week for dinner so we didn’t get to make everything on your meal plan. I’ve put World’s Best Chicken with sautéed brussels sprouts back on the list because we definitely want to try it with a name like that!
Tuesday – My husband really likes hotdogs and we rarely eat them. But I found some gluten-free hot dog buns and a list of organic hot dogs so we will try those for dinner tonight with a salad on the side.
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken with steamed rice and grilled asparagus
Thursday – Homemade Cheesesteak sandwiches and yam fries
Friday – Chickpea Curry with rice and cucumber slices
Saturday – One-Pot Mac N’ Cheese with carrots sticks and dip
Sunday – Family Dinner
