The meals sound delicious. I’ve never thought of carrot pickle. I must look up the recipe.
As always I’m impressed with your commitment to the weekly meal plan! I’m reading a food memoir write now about an Ismaili woman originally from Uganda and now living in the UK and her descriptions of and love of akni reminded me of your post. I am going to add the recipe to my meal plan next week for sure!
