I must say I find it amazing that people plan meals like this. I am just not that organized.
However, it looks like a great week.
Sometimes I feel like skipping it Susan, but it really does make dinner time simpler!
i made a big batch of vegetable stew with lentils and squash…and have grilled chicken with quinoa and some salad.
