If you want to move your body more, add exercise into your life or just need a bit of motivation, then try my FREE 7 Day Challenge. Sometimes it’s just hard to get started. My 7 Day Challenge is for only 7 Minutes each day! I mean, we can all find 7 minutes in our day to move our bodies, right?
The 7 Day challenge starts on Monday April 12. For this challenge, each morning you will get a 7 minute workout video emailed to you. You only need dumbbells (or soup cans) and your body as equipment. You’ll be surprised at what you can do in just 7 minutes!
And for those that need more than 7 minutes, just repeat the workout video 2-3 times.
