Meal Plan: July 15-21

I’m trying to get back into regular meal planning now that the hubby is back with us. I find it a lot easier to meal plan because then I can grocery shop ahead of time and have all the ingredients on hand. I don’t like figuring out what to make for dinner at the last minute so this works best.

Here is this week’s plan:

Mon: Dinner at my mom’s place with the kids

Tues: Sausage Corn Chowder and carrot sticks

Wed: Chicken and Mushroom Pizza with snap peas

Thurs: Lemon Garlic Chicken, yam fries and cucumber slices

Fri: Ground beef and vegetable pasta with celery and dip

Sat: Baked fish with marinade, baked potato coins and steamed broccoli

Sun: unplanned

  1. we also do weekly or we’ll be eating out all the time. we have a whiteboard on the fridge that states what and when. one less thing to worry about!

  2. oh and your lemon garlic chicken recipe up there? it’s aka chicken souvlaki! add some feta, pita, and tzatziki (and or olives, romaine, tomato) and it’s to die for
