Meal Plan Oct 7- 13

I’m excited to try out some new recipes in this week’s plan, especially the halibut because I’m always trying to add more fish into our meals. And of course it’s Thanksgiving as well so I’m looking forward to a turkey dinner!

Monday- Dinner at my mom’s house

Tuesday- Prawn curry with basmati rice and steamed broccoli

Wednesday – Chicken and mushroom pizza with celery and dip

Thursday- Thai Style Halibut with Coconut Curry served on quinoa

Friday- Sweet Potato and Chickpea Roti with grilled asparagus

Saturday- Leftovers day

Sunday- Thanksgiving Dinner!

    1. We usually buy cod and I used to buy basa until I read that it’s not a good fish to eat. But we are treating ourselves this week so I hope it turns out good! Macaroni casserole sounds delicious, comfort food!
