Monday – Chicken Fried Rice

Tuesday  Seasoned Tilapia and baked green bean fries

Wednesday – Cilantro Lime Chicken with rice and cauliflower

Thursday Grilled Cheese with avocado and chicken bacon sandwich

Friday Prawn Thai Curry with basmati rice

Saturday Nutella Pancake Rollups with chicken sausages and fruit

Sunday – Dinner with family

  1. Yes Salma, I’m definitely feeling inspired by this. Sounds so good. You’re making me feel lazy with the dinners I was making over the weekend (leftover pile of reheated food). Ha

  2. Wow, every time I read your meal plans I wish I was eating dinner at your house! My favorite is the way you switched up the grilled cheese to make a kid’s staple more interesting and more nutritious. I’ll add that one to my list for sure!
