This week I was actually planning on skipping the meal plan because I will be away 4 of the 7 days. When we were out with friends, they actually suggested that I should still do the meal plan but from the hubby’s perspective because he’ll be the one in change while I’m gone. When we talked about it, here’s what we came up with:
Monday – One-Pot Macaroni and Cheese with cucumber slices
Tuesday – Steak, homemade fries and sautéed brussels sprouts
(Hubby Takes Over)
Wednesday – Dinner at Salma’s Mom
Thursday – Dinner at Salma’s Mom
Friday – Leftovers or Take-Out
Saturday – Dinner at My Mom’s
Sunday – Dinner that My Mom Made For Us
For real, that is what the week will look like once I am gone! Since that is not really going to work for any of you (unless you want to drop by my mom’s for dinner,) here is a meal plan that I used last summer around this same time: July 2014 Meal Plan

This is a great idea to have a meal weekly plan.
We have cauliflower very similar to the one in your photo on the menu this week. That is if things don’t get too hectic.
That made me laugh out loud! That would be my husband’s meal plan too lol.
